Sailia automatically creates customer records when people book activities or make purchases. The customer dashboard gives you a central place to view profiles, track booking history, and manage account details.

Customer dashboard

The customer dashboard lists all customer accounts in your system. From here you can:
  • Search by name or email to find a specific customer
  • View booking history to see all past and upcoming reservations
  • Check membership status to see if a customer has an active membership or activity pass
  • View waiver status to confirm whether required waivers have been completed

Customer profiles

Each customer profile includes:

Notes

The Notes tab on a customer profile lets you store free-text notes against a customer account. Use it to record important details such as medical information, preferences, or any other context your team needs when working with a customer. To add or edit notes:

Open the customer profile

Navigate to the customer dashboard and select a customer.

Select the Notes tab

Click the Notes tab in the profile view.

Enter your notes

Type or edit the notes in the text area.

Save

Click Save Notes to save your changes.
The Notes tab is only visible to staff with permission to view other user profiles. If you don’t see the tab, ask an admin to update your permissions.

Customer accounts

Customers can create an account on your booking page. With an account, they can:
  • View their upcoming and past bookings
  • Manage their membership and activity passes
  • Complete waivers before attending an activity
  • Upload a profile image
  • Save their details for faster checkout
Encourage customers to create accounts to speed up repeat bookings and simplify waiver management.

Linking customers at the POS

When processing a POS sale, you can link the transaction to an existing customer account. This ensures the booking appears in their history and any membership discounts are applied automatically. If the customer does not have an account, the POS creates a booking with the attendee details you enter. The customer can later create an account to claim their booking history.

Manage prepaid session bundles.
