Permission details
What’s On
Staff with this permission can see the daily and weekly schedule for activities they are assigned to. They can view booking details, attendee lists, and session information but cannot make financial changes. Best for: Instructors, guides, and session leaders who need to see who is coming to their sessions.Financial Dashboard
This permission gives access to the financial side of Sailia — payouts, revenue reports, and transaction exports. It also grants the ability to create and manage discount codes. Best for: Business owners, accountants, and finance managers.POS
Staff with POS access can process in-person sales, apply discount codes, redeem gift cards, and manage till shifts. They can take card and cash payments but cannot create new POS terminals (that requires Manage POS). Best for: Front desk staff, receptionists, and anyone handling walk-in sales.Communications
This permission covers marketing and customer communication tools — automated workflows, audience management, and the newsletter forms. Staff can create and edit workflows, view the subscriber list, and send campaigns. Best for: Marketing managers and customer service leads.Manage Staff
Allows adding new staff members, editing profiles, setting pay rates, and assigning permissions. This is an administrative permission that should be restricted to managers. Best for: Business owners and HR managers.Operator Booking
Enables staff to process bookings on behalf of customers, including taking card details over the phone with MOTO payments. MOTO transactions skip 3D Secure authentication since the customer is not present. Best for: Phone booking operators and customer service staff.View Other Users
Grants access to customer profiles beyond what is visible in the schedule. Staff can see booking history, membership status, waiver completion, and internal notes on the customer’s Notes tab. Best for: Customer support staff and managers who need full visibility into customer records.Assigning permissions
Admin users (the account owner) have all permissions by default and cannot have individual permissions removed.
